Hours, and which hours
How long you need the item is the first variable. A three hour birthday and a full day family day are different jobs for the same castle. Evening and overnight collection can also change things, because the crew returns outside normal hours.
Headcount and throughput
Two hundred guests through one booth is a queue, not an activity. Headcount tells us how many stations the event actually needs, which usually matters more to your guests than which single item you picked.
The venue
Access drives cost more than distance does in Singapore. A ground floor hall with a loading bay is simple. A function room up a service lift with a strict unloading window takes longer and needs more hands. Tell us the venue when you ask and the quote will be closer to final.
Crew or self managed
Some items can be left for your own helpers to run and some need our crew. That choice is yours on many of the carnival games and it changes the number.
What is already included, and what is not
For rentals, our prices are nett and include setup, delivery and manpower, with the crew arriving about thirty minutes ahead. Event furniture and equipment are the exception: delivery and collection for those are quoted separately from the rest of the order.
If anything on a quote is unclear, ask which of these five things is driving it. There is always a specific answer.
