Match the format to your brief
If guests need a physical photo keepsake, compare Standard and AI Cartoon. If the requested deliverable is video, discuss the 360 format. Ask how the output will be provided and which artwork is included; do not assume every booth has the same print, video or sharing method.
Specify branding and artwork
Photo designing appears in all three published inclusions. Send any requested event title, logo, theme or artwork requirements and confirm the deliverable and preparation timetable in the quotation. A printed frame and a video design are different requests.
Confirm the operating arrangement
