Notes for the organising committee

  • Venue access details matter more than most templates include. Add MRT, bus, parking, building access, stroller routes and lift locations. If the venue is a hotel or resort, confirm whether guests need to register at the main lobby.
  • Age groups drive the activity plan. Ask for specific ages, not just "children." A family day for toddlers needs different equipment from one for teenagers.
  • Weather responsibility sits with the organiser. State who makes the call and how guests will be notified. Do not promise that the vendor will decide on weather cancellations.
  • Dietary requirements should be collected and held by the organising committee. Do not pass personal dietary information to third parties without informing the respondent.
  • No data collection by BounceParkSG. These templates and the RSVP process are managed entirely by your company. BounceParkSG does not collect participant forms or registration data through these templates.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The content works in any text format. Remove the subject line, shorten the paragraphs and send as a message. The bracketed placeholder fields are the same regardless of channel.

Ask for the headcount and age-band totals actually needed for planning, through your organiser-approved RSVP process. Assess equipment and activities only once the venue measurements and rules are known. Avoid collecting unnecessary personal details; explain how any requested information will be used.

Agree the decision and communication roles with the organiser, venue and relevant equipment providers before booking. Follow the venue’s instructions and the selected equipment’s operating restrictions. Tell guests who will communicate changes and through which channel; cancellation or rescheduling terms must be confirmed separately.
