Both. Popcorn, candy floss and kachang puteh cover the snack side, and satay and prata are cooked fresh on-site as a heartier option.

Requirements depend on your selected stations. Ask about power points and electrical load, table or working-surface space, delivery access and whether the venue permits on-site cooking. Confirm whether that menu and equipment need ventilation or a water point. Send the venue details and selected items so the requirements can be agreed before booking.

The published rates count servings, not unique guests: up to 50 servings per hour for prata and up to 100 for popcorn. One guest may take more than one portion or visit several stations. Confirm the menu, quantities, number of stations and serving period in your quotation; the servings planner uses published upper rates, not a guaranteed output.

List both formats in one enquiry and ask which selected items can be supplied as live stations or prepacked for handout. Confirm the quantities, serving arrangements and crew for each item. Do not assume that every station has a prepacked version, or that food not cooked on site is automatically a prepacked service.

Crew is item-specific. The catalogue lists one crew member for popcorn and prata, and no crew for Chocolate Fondue. Confirm the selected stations, crew, service period and inclusions in your quotation. Added table rental and the delivery and collection of event furniture or equipment are quoted separately.
